Dixit is played with a set of cards with beautiful and fantastic illustrations. While one player chooses a card and makes a cryptic statement about it. Each player contributes a card and tries to guess which card inspired the statement. (Similar to the dictionary game but with pictures.)

The game is simple to play and challenges players to come up with statements that are specific to a picture but general enough that not everyone will figure it out. A popular game with numerous addon sets of cards.
