In Once Upon a Time each player has a hand of story elements. One player starts as the storyteller and tries to weave a story through each of their cards steering it towards the ending they have, however other players can use their own cards to interrupt the story teller and seize control of the story becoming the new story teller. The first player to use all of their story elements and play their ending card wins.
