This expansion adds the ability for monsters from King of New York to evolve gaining unique abilities. Each Monster has 8 unique cards that they can draw from when rolling 3 hearts.

Also adds a new monster: Mega Shark with his own power up cards.

This expansion can be used King of Tokyo as well and includes 8 different cards for each monster to allow the New Yorkers to battle and evolve in Tokyo.
